Another reason to the long list of them for why I would NEVER fly Spirit Airlines again. It’s amazing they are still in business charging $40 for a carryon bag and checked bag. What a remarkable ending to a 4 year saga. I’ve followed the case on and off over the years and I don’t think the prosecution ever proved their case. At the end of the day justice is not making sure the person you put in jail stays there, it’s making sure that a potentially innocent person doesn’t spend their life in prison for a crime they didn’t commit.
